The property information
We take care to describe every property accurately, and we visit them ourselves. Even so, measurements, prices, availability and approvals can change, and the details here are a guide rather than a contract. Please verify anything you are relying on before you commit money — we will help you do exactly that.
Photographs and plans
Photographs show the property at the time they were taken. Furniture, fittings and staging are not necessarily included in a sale.
Enquiries
Sending an enquiry does not reserve a property or create an agreement. It starts a conversation, and we will come back to you.
Fees
Any fee is agreed with you in writing before we act for you. Nothing on this website creates a fee on its own.
